CelebrateReel for weddings

A wedding slideshow every guest helps make.

Share a QR code at the reception. Guests upload from their phones. The reel builds itself — beat-timed to your first dance — and plays before the last song. No one missed it because they were dancing.

On the program

The Reception Reel

Tonight · After dinner
“It hit on every beat. Every guest reached for their phone.”
How it works

Three steps. Nobody chasing photos.

CelebrateReel handles collection, music sync, and rendering. You handle pressing play.

01

Share the QR code

Print it on the table cards or project it on the dance floor screen. Guests scan, upload their candids, and the reel knows about every photo within seconds.

02

We sync to your music

Pick your first dance, your processional, or any song you upload. Our render lands every transition on the beat — not a static slideshow on a 5-second timer.

03

Press play before the last song

The reel plays from any TV or projector with a browser. The room sees themselves on screen. Phones come out. The night ends on a high note.

Where it shines

Built for weddings, end to end.

The reception

Plays during the cake cutting, at the end of the night, or both. Re-renders in minutes if the photographer drops a few late favorites in.

The rehearsal dinner

A short reel of the couple's love story — set to a song that means something. Family contributes; you don't have to chase anyone.

Anniversary parties

Same flow, decade-later energy. Friends and family upload favorites from the wedding album and the years since.

Frequently asked

Real questions, honest answers.

Can we use our first dance song?
Yes — upload any audio file you own and we render against it without re-licensing. Our catalog also covers common ceremony and reception music if you'd rather pick from there.
How late can guests keep adding photos?
Right up until you press play. Late uploads slot into the existing render in under a minute. If your photographer sends final shots the next morning, re-render and reshare in a tap.
Will it work on the venue's screen?
If the screen is driven by a laptop, smart TV, Fire TV, or Google TV — yes, just open the URL once. If it's only Roku or Apple TV (no real browser), bring an HDMI laptop or a $30 stick. We have a one-pager you can hand the venue.
